Cancellation Policy for Candid Purfect Venture

At Candid Purfect Venture, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:  You can cancel your order free of charge if it is done before the order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.

After Shipment:  Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item following our return policy (see our Returns & Refunds section for more details).

2. Refunds

Refund for Cancelled Orders:  If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Processing Time:  Refunds for returned items will be processed according to our return policy and may take 7-10 business days to complete after we receive the returned item.
